We're excited to offer a drone-less aerial video solution that has no legal restrictions and is suitable for close-proximity use both indoors and outside.

Drone footage is awesome but there are considerable expenses, restrictions and red-tape involved in flying one commercially. A trained drone pilot must seek official permission for each commercial flight and without specific permission, cannot fly within 2 miles of an airport, over L’Ancresse Common, close to groups of people, traffic or congested areas. Most drones can’t be safely operated in confined indoor environments, particularly where there are people. This can make planning and executing a shoot very time consuming or potentially impossible.

While our aerial video solution can’t do everything a drone can, it can do a lot that a drone can’t. There are no legal restrictions to where we can operate a camera, so we can fly across a crowd of people at an event safely - indoors or out. We can often move a camera much closer to people and objects than most drone operators are prepared to fly and pass-through gaps that drones are physically incapable of clearing. We can track a person walking through an office, cycling through a forest or even a smooth shot passing from the interior of a building, out into the garden. We don’t claim to have a drone replacement and we can organise drone footage when needed but when legal requirements get in the way or when time, physical or proximity restrictions cause a problem, we can still create eye-catching video content.

Although there are some physical limitations, with a little imagination we can augment our more traditional primary camera work with dynamic, smooth aerial footage that often cannot be created in any other way. We think it will be of particular interest to Estate Agents, Tourism, Sports and Events groups and Corporate clients looking for fresh, dynamic video content that really captures attention.

This is another tool in our arsenal, complimenting our existing camera stabilisation, slider and time-lapse equipment to provide you with a higher level of dynamic, cinematic and buttery-smooth moving video content.
