Description
This photo of a fishing boat, surrounded by water in the shelter of Fort Grey, or ‘The Cup and Saucer’, was timed meticulously so that the rising tide would surround the boat at sunset, but not so much that it would be completely afloat and therefore move during the exposure. The calm water made for a perfect mirror that reflects the orange clouds which, coincidentally, lead the eye right into the scene.
